Your first appointment
During your first appointment you will be asked about your goals and your reasons for wanting to meet with me. We’ll review your medical history, including any medicines and supplements that you are taking. Then we will discuss your typical nutritional intake, activity, lifestyle and other pertinent factors.
Ongoing help- below are some tools and educational information used when appropriate
- Keeping a food journal (some people find this helpful and others do not)
- Food suggestions that follow the latest science and take into consideration your food requirements e.g. vegetarian, kosher etc.
- How to read food labels
- Supermarket shopping
- Grocery lists
- Understanding how nutrients function in your body
